Mapping Iceland

This is a rework of the plates initially made by Heinricus Hondius and Jan Janssonius and later changed by Moses Pitt and Steven Swart. The only thing that seems to have been changed is the title shield. The same plates were reused by Covens and Mortier and by perhaps also by Delisle(?).
