Mapping Iceland

In these Playing cards, Europe is the hearts and Iceland is the three of hearts. There were many such decks made at the time, but this is the only one with a card decicated to Iceland alone. The Carolus map is the obvious model for how Iceland is depicted on the card, even if it looks a bit stretched.
