This map was made by Magini, titled Scandia, sive regiones septentrionalis, published using copperplate in 1596 in Geographiae Universae. It can be said to be faithful copy of Ortelius‘ Stptentrionalium down to the pigmei and Frisland. The lasting influence of Zeno can be seen not just in Frisland, but also in the other islands scattered about the North Atlantic.
