Ólafur Ólafsson (Olavius) (1741 – 1788) which can be best described as an Icelandic man of action or entrepreneur. He was involved in publishing and started printing press in Hrappsey in Iceland. His most important work was though Ferðabók or Travelbook, about his study of the economy of Iceland in 1775-1777.
